All of the **Invasipedia** pages on the UC Davis server are being removed. Species summaries that were recently changed are preserved below, so as to give their authors a chance to modify the pages at the new site. Please upload these changes to the new wiki treatments, then delete them when you are finished. **31 March 2009:** PLEASE NOTE! The Nature Conservancy terminated all financial support to the Global Invasive Species Team in February 2009. As a result, support for **Invasipedia** no longer exists. The fine folks at bugwood.org are providing a new home for **Invasipedia**. A copy of **Invasipedia** has been sent to invasive.org. **30 December 2008: Domain name obtained** The domain name "invasipedia.org" has been purchased, and pointers have been set up. **22 December 2008: Invasipedia launched!!!!** While **Invasipedia** has been alive since mid 2008, its existence has finally been announced to the world at large! ====== Finishing the Invasipedia migration ====== [[http://www.bugwood.org/Invasipedia|Managers for the new location]] for **Invasipedia** have already uploaded a huge number of these documents.
