Invasipedia has been moved to a new location. Please refer to the Invasipedia News Section, below, for more details.
31 March 2009: UPDATE! Invasipedia has been moved to a new location. All of the Invasipedia pages on the UC Davis server are being removed. Species summaries that were recently changed are preserved below, so as to give their authors a chance to modify the pages at the new site. Please upload these changes to the new wiki treatments, then delete them when you are finished.
31 March 2009: PLEASE NOTE! The Nature Conservancy terminated all financial support to the Global Invasive Species Team in February 2009. As a result, support for Invasipedia no longer exists. The fine folks at bugwood.org are providing a new home for Invasipedia. A copy of Invasipedia has been sent to invasive.org.
30 December 2008: Domain name obtained The domain name “invasipedia.org” has been purchased, and pointers have been set up.
22 December 2008: Invasipedia launched!!!! While Invasipedia has been alive since mid 2008, its existence has finally been announced to the world at large!
Managers for the new location for Invasipedia have already uploaded a huge number of these documents. However, a few Invasipedia editors modified pages in the time since the site snapshot was captured for the new location. So, there may be some changes in the documents below, that are not included in the new site. If you made changes to the documents below, please incorporate your edits in the documents at the new site. AWESOME GOOD WORK, keep it up!!!! Keep the wiki growing!!!!
